Michael Manley

Marj Hogarth Michael is an actor, writer and comedian who has been working with the Comedy Unit for the past two years on a variety of writing and acting projects. He was spotted by the Comedy Unit after his Edinburgh Fringe Festival debut and went on to work on their pilot sketch show for Channel 4, developing the characters from his stand up routine.

He features regularly at the Rough Cuts night at The Stand comedy club in Glasgow and recently appeared in Tank Commander (Channel 4). Michael has been quick to establish himself on the Scottish comedy circuit and has successfully taken his unique brand of humour on the occasional foray south of the border.

As a writer performer Michael is equally at home on stage performing stand up, or working on projects for the small screen (or wide screen - depending on the format of your TV.)
