We’re proud of the fact that the Comedy Unit has made some of the best comedy shows to come out of Scotland in the last decade.

Sitcoms Rab C Nesbitt , Legit and Still Game, and sketch shows like Chewin' the Fat, The Karen Dunbar Show and Only an Excuse? are all part of the company's wide range of programming.

Over the last few years the Comedy Unit has diversified and moved into new genres such as factual entertainment. Football fanzine show Offside, and the fantastic blend of contemporary reality and sketch comedy that is Comedy Gold, along with Street Hypnosis are all examples of coupling script editors with the expertise of entertainment and factual producers to make great television.

Our policy of attracting and retaining relationships with the best writing and performing talent is key to the company's success. We are always looking to find, nurture and develop new writing, performing and production talent to ensure that we continually refresh our output and ideas.
